It's time for an update on our epic Mini R52 build code named 'Project PP'. The next step after the last video was to take the engine out and start the re-build. Sadly the engine was in a much worse state than we feared. In this episode I talk to Darren about how we plan to overcome the problems with the engine and the other work that has been done. We are working with Powerflex to improve the bushing in the suspension. We also have a Milltek exhaust system on it's way that we have some very special plans for. I have been set a challenge by the guys at Podium Place in Newbury. They have given me this low mileage R52 Mini Cooper S Cabriolet and asked me to turn it into the coolest Mini Cab in the UK. I've owned my Mini JCW Clubman for 2 years now and have made a few changes including new wheels, exhaust, air intake and of course red mud flaps !
